Georgians for Lawsuit Reform Announces New Communications Director
ATLANTA – August 17, 2020
Today, Georgians for Lawsuit Reform (“GLR”) announced Sydney Wilkins as Director of Communications in charge of developing and executing a communications strategy reflective of the Board’s goals and objectives.
Sydney Wilkins brings with her nearly 5 years of experience in political communications and government relations. Wilkins earned her bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Public Relations from the University of Georgia.
Prior to her current role, Wilkins worked as Senate Majority Whip Steve Gooch’s administrative assistant communicating daily with constituents, lobbyists, and elected officials. She also served as the Deputy Communications Director to former lieutenant governor Casey Cagle’s campaign for governor. After the conclusion of the campaign, Wilkins moved to Cagle’s lieutenant governor office as his Press Secretary.
